Support First Generation Scholarships!

First-generation students are defined as those whose parents or legal guardians have not completed Bachelor’s degrees–they are the first in their families to attend a four-year school and graduate. Experiencing USD School of Law as a first-generation student is both exciting and challenging. Many first-generation law students encounter unique issues as they begin law school, and most attend law school with minimal guidance.

Through supportive alumni and friends of USD such as yourself, gifts to this area will bolster the unique programs, funding initiatives, and opportunities that are currently assisting first generation students with unique difficulties navigating their law school experience.

This year, you are encouraged to make your gift in support of First Generation Scholarships for law students who are in need of a helping hand. during USD School of Law’s eleventh Big Give and tenth Big Give Bash!
