The MICAH Summer Fellowship allows current USD students the opportunity to cultivate personal and social responsibility through intentionally joining communities that are working to create positive social change. This living-learning fellowship challenges participants to creatively examine and practice the program values: community, leadership, simplicity, social justice and spirituality. This #GivingTuesday we're inviting ALL previous MICAH Fellows to make a gift AND encourage friends and family to make a gift. In addition to 100% participation, we aim to raise $5,000. This amount will cover two fellowship awards for 2019 MICAH Fellows!

Personal Message
Since 2015, 26 USD students have had the opportunity to be a MICAH Fellow. In 2019, 12 MICAH Fellows will be living at Alameda Point Collaborative and 6 MICAH Fellows will be living in Tijuana, Mexico while working with various community-based organizations.
We hope that you still continue to learn and grow from your MICAH experience. If so, we ask that you contribute what you can and share this invitation to give with AT LEAST 20 friends and/or family members. We hope you consider this both as an opportunity to share with your loved ones how much the fellowship impacted you, and as an opportunity for your loved ones to give to something that has made a positive impact on you.

Why are donations necessary?
The MICAH Fellowship has been made possible through the generosity of Karen and Tom Mulvaney. Since we began in 2015, we have found ways to expand the fellowship and create more opportunities to for fellows to stay connected. The Mulvaney's continue to support the fellowship, but in order to continue growing and to show Karen and Tom how much this fellowship means to us, we are asking that we all find ways to contribute.
