About the Big Give:
The Big Give is a 36-hour fundraising campaign that provides an opportunity for supporters of USD School of Law to make a big impact on current and future students. Any individual, law firm or business can make a gift to support the Big Give. All gifts made between 9 a.m. PST on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 and 9 p.m. PST on Thursday, April 26, 2018 will count. Additionally, all gifts made prior to the Big Give through this site will count towards the totals. Thanks to C. Edward Miller Jr. '69 (JD), Christopher P. Wesierski '78 (JD) with CAL-ABOTA, Virginia C. Nelson '79 (JD), Sunita Martin, and Jackson Lewis P.C., each gift will be matched dollar-for dollar to support law student scholarships up to $85,000.
Donations are applied to...
You have the option of giving to a variety of areas of the law school. The area you choose to designate your gift will receive 100 percent of your contribution and used at their discretion to support their biggest need. The highest fundraising priority is raising money for student scholarships. Gifts to support scholarships are essential as we work to limit the debt load our graduates accrue, build a more diverse student body and attract top students who will become future leaders in the legal profession and in their communities.
