Description
This scholarship will be awarded to a female-identifying student in the Leadership Studies minor. As part of our capstone project, the Fall 2022 Leadership Capstone Class would love to award a scholarship to a deserving woman in leadership on USD’s campus. The scholarship can be used towards tuition or other financial necessities as well as for the development of leadership initiatives and projects on campus. In developing this scholarship as our Capstone project, we hope to exemplify the ways in which a minor in leadership studies can be put into action both on our campus and beyond!
Donations Are Applied To...
Donations will personally assist a tenacious woman within the Leadership Studies minor who has a heart for leadership, service, and the advancement of social justice. We hope to uplift women and provide an opportunity for them to step into their unique leadership potential.
Personal Message
Thank you for supporting our initiative to inspire and empower women in leadership. This minor has allowed us to foster equity, diversity, and positive, sustainable growth as leaders both in theory and in practice. Why Are Donations Necessary?
Donations are necessary to allow students to successfully engage in the leadership program by supplying funds for demands such as textbooks, school essentials, or tuition. Donations will encourage emerging leaders to join the Leadership Studies program and dive into studying the theories and practices that shape individual knowledge and expertise.
